Lindsey Lohan is suing E-Trade for the "Milk-a-holic" commercial that was featured during the 2010 Super Bowl. Lindsey claims that she had a single name recognition like "Oprah" and "Madonna" which causes people to associate her with the commercial. Spokesman Chris Brown (not the singer) from the Grey Group stated that the name was chosen because it was one of the names of the people that worked on the commercial.

Lil Wayne out does Congressman Charlie Rangel in New York City
  (BlackPress.org) - Let's face it. Lil Wayne had a better night in New York City than recently ousted Black Congressman Charlie Rangel last night. Wayne, who escaped starting his prison sentence at Rikers yesterday due to a fire, surprised the nation as he did an impromptu performance at Jay Z's Madison Square Garden concert. He performed his hit, "I'm Going In," while Rangel had a testy meeting with DNC leader Nancy Pelosci who informed the embattled leader that him that he didn't have the support to keep this job. In Harlem today, reaction was mixed on Rangel but Lil Wayne's big night got a thumbs up. For years, Black leaders have given the hip hop community the blues, but it's clear that Rangel might need to take some pointers from Wayne and T.I. on how to barter a prison deal. WWE WRESTLER RIC FLAIR'S WIFE ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
The wife of professional wrestling legend Ric Flair has been arrested for domestic violence, TV Guide is reporting, claiming Flair suffered minor injuries at the hands of Jacqueline Bains Beems after the two had "an unfortunate disagreement." While we'd certainly never make light of a domestic violence situation, we will note that Flair's catch phrase was "to be the man, you've got to beat the man." Apparently, it seems Bains Beems took that a bit too literally.
JENNIFER LOPEZ LEAVES EPIC RECORDS
It is reported that Jennifer Lopez has parted ways with Sony Music's Epic Records. There are two versions to this daparture report: 1) Lopez was dropped by the label and 2) Lopez fullfilled her obligation and left the label. Jennifer's manager Benny Medina has been quoted as saying:
"Jennifer had a wonderful relationship with the Sony Music group," he noted, "and they have shared many successes together, but the time was right to make a change that best serves the direction her career as an actress and recording artist."
If reports are true that she was dropped it could be because her last two singles failed which includes the single "Loubatins" Lopez's seventh album "Love?" is nowhere near finished and it is still questionable as to when and if the album will be released. Currently Jennifer is working on her movie career.

We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans”. He then went on to blame the fans for him failing to consummate the relationship adding “how am I to be expected to penetrate a vagina when we have fans all over the place?”
For her part Kristen Stewart has finally come to the realization that she is just Robert Pattinson’s beard saying “I guess that explains the strap-on and our role playing games were he calls me ‘Frank’.”
